I enjoy all those things. I love my pets; I love playing games with my grandson; I love listening to music... it really does make you feel better; I love coloring... haven't done that one in a long time... hummm.. thanks for the reminder; I love fresh flowers... I don't get them very often... hummmm.. I'll put a bug in Jim's ear! lol....

Another thing that helps. Getting dressed, hair brushed and make-up on. My attitude changes when I have makeup on. I seem to feel better about myself.

Actually what we are suggesting is take care of YOU...
